The Zimbabwe White House
A 206 m² privately owned house, built in 1994 on black cotton soil. The steel structures were ideal for building in these soil conditions.

Zimbabwe Farmhouse
An 85m² house build in 2002, situated 200 kilometres from Harare. Building and erecting steel structures in remote areas is entirely possible with Circle Capital Developments.

Zimbabwe Church
In Barrowdale West Harare, a 5,000m² built in 1999. The church’s buildings include:

• 6 seminary rooms
• A children’s crèche
• A fully catered restaurant facility
• An auditorium (3,500 ground seating and 650 deck seating)
• A bookshop
• An amphitheatre
• A 600m² office block
